Nothing beats the thrill of Plein air painting. Capturing the light and atmosphere quickly and accurately is key to a successful piece. An avid outdoor painter, Linda has plenty of tips to share in this three-day workshop. The first day is in the studio going over basic supplies and easy and effective processes to simplify & create a pleasing painting. Planning is key so we will practice quick composition choices and learn appealing color harmonies. The second day is painting in the field at a local park practicing all that has been learned. On the third day the class is back in the studio to add details, critique students' work, and learn even more secrets to success including entering and participating in events.
