This is an introductory drawing course simplified to help students further their representational artistic endeavors. Students will develop basic drawing skills, enhancing their ability to translate visual relationships, helping them organize and develop a two-dimensional story. Included will be an important focus of light and shadow on form and how to relate that information to your drawing and painting interpretation. Students will work from photos and drawings, as well as direct observation of still-life and models.
