In this four-day intensive workshop Michelle will guide students through demos, lectures, and one-on-one instruction on the important aspects of portraiture. Nuances such as color temperature and expressive use of edges are at the forefront of creating a compelling Alla Prima portrait; capturing the emotive aspects of the subject is also key to elevating a portrait beyond a mere likeness to an engaging work of art.
