This class will focus on painting out of doors at local Scottsdale painting haunts. While painting outside we will go over the fundamentals of making a good picture. Composition, drawing, color mixing, and value control. We will talk about a variety of things from direct painting to more indirect approaches. We will go in depth on materials from in the studio to painting on the go. The aim of this class is to get you outside painting and to find new and exciting subject matter wherever you are.
