Award-winning artist and art professor, Rob Adamson, will teach a four-day workshop on the painting fundamentals needed to create stunning, vibrant day and night cityscapes. Participants will be taught a simplified version of one and two-point perspective to bring greater depth and authenticity to their paintings.  Principles of composition, simplified value, color and edges will be covered. Color glazing techniques will also be taught and demonstrated. Additionally, students will learn how to incorporate these principles into landscape paintings.  Participants will work from photo references provided by the instructor, but are welcome to work from their own references to create memorable paintings.
