SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (April 22, 2009) – Scottsdale Artists’ School announced Maui photographer and resident Bob Bangerter the winner of the SPARK! For the competition, Artists were invited to submit two-dimensional artwork based on the theme "Celebrating Environmentally Friendly Energy Resources". The competition was open to all artists, 18 years and older.
