Scottsdale Artists' School to Host Kevin Macpherson and Matt Smith
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (October 27, 2008) – The Scottsdale Artists’ School will host an all-day demonstration with two of America’s foremost landscape painters, Matt Smith and Kevin Macpherson Saturday, November 8, 2008. The demonstrations will be held across the street from the school at the Stagebrush Theatre. Matt Smith will start the day at 9 AM and run through 12 PM. Macpherson will begin after lunch at 2 PM and go through 5 PM. Following the demonstrations, the Scottsdale Artists' School will host a reception for the artist’s and the participants, where Smith and Macpherson’s work will be exhibited. Students enrolled in both demonstrations will be able to submit a digital image ahead of time for Smith and Macpherson to critique during the 9 AM Sunday morning Coffee & Critique.

ADMISSION: $195 for 1 demo or $350 for both. Registration for both includes lunch with artists on Saturday, November 8, the reception following the demonstrations, a drawing for the chance to purchase the demonstration paintings as well as the Sunday Coffee & Critique
