Barbara Carter is a master frame maker, supplying frames to prominent artists, including Scottsdale Artists’ School instructors, throughout the country. Carter enjoys working with artists to create the perfect setting for each work of art. Additionally, she enjoys sharing her skills and techniques with others who are interested in fine frames. She and her husband, artist John Michael Carter, reside in Kentucky.
