ROMEL DE LA TORRE attended the American Academy of Art, Chicago, and the Palette and Chisel Academy of Fine Arts, where he now serves as a respected instructor. He is a Signature member of Oil Painters of America. De la Torre has been featured in The Artist’s Magazine, and Southwest Art. His awards include Best of Show from Oil Painters of America’s National Exhibition and Portrait Artist of the Year from The Artist’s Magazine.
