Students will develop and expand basic drawing skills, including the ability to perceive and express visual relationships, organize a two-dimensional composition, and depict and manipulate form, space, and light working with a wide range of controlled values. Students will work from 2D, photos and drawings, as well as direct observation of still-life, interior space and landscape. Class assignments are optional and constructive critiques will be held weekly.
