Workshop Cancellations
If you cancel more than forty-five (45) days before the start date of a workshop, the School will retain $100 of the deposit as a cancellation fee and keep $100 as a credit in your account for future use. If you cancel forty-five (45) days or less before the start date, you will forfeit your entire tuition. There are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawal after a workshop begins.
Local Program Cancellations
If a student cancels more than seven (7) days prior to the start date of a local workshop, weekly class or one-day class, the School will refund the tuition paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If a student cancels seven(7) days or less prior to the start date, the student will forfeit their entire tuition. There are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawals after a class or workshop begins.
Youth Academy Cancellations
- All cancellations and transfers must be in writing (email or mail). Phone cancellations are not accepted. Please email: registrar@scottsdaleartschool.org
- No refunds are issued for no-shows or withdrawals after the program begins.
- Cancel 7 days or more before start date: Refund minus $30 cancellation fee.
- Cancel 7 days or less for camps: Entire tuition is forfeited.
- Transfer more than 7 days before: no fee.
- Transfer 4 days or less for classes: $20 late transfer fee.
